Kafe Mamai is an African-Caribbean Fusion that is named after Chef Abudu’s grandmother. Chef Abudu strives to create and marry the two cuisines to bring out a unique experience of flavors. Additionally, Kafe Mamai takes pride in promoting healthier food options through the use of organic ingredients.
